Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech QC, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in QC, leadership preferred.
• Preferred fields: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
• Certifications in quality systems or project management beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines.
• Experience with analytical testing methods and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, dissolution).
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while fostering a quality-focused culture.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with regulatory audits and inspections.
• Experience with LIMS and quality management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules to support manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités
