Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agent workflows. Work remotely with pay up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with flexible hours and strong focus on AI agent orchestration.

You will contribute to training multi-step agents, design evaluation rubrics, and stress-test agent traces while collaborating with a global team and using live tools and APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with live tools and memory/session tracking.
