Job summary

Gridsight is transforming energy grids with AI-driven grid intelligence, embedding with 50%+ of Australia’s DNSPs and globally. We seek a Power Engineer to blend technical consulting with solution delivery, driving pre-sales, tender support, and trusted advisory for senior leaders as utilities adopt Gridsight’s platform.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, shape deployment configurations, and partner with product/engineering to incorporate Australian market needs, while advancing flexible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in power systems engineering, distribution planning, or related utilities/energy tech.
• Experience with DER integration and modern grid technologies.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new utility customers and ensure robust deployments.
• Support bids, tenders, RFIs/RFPs with high-quality technical input.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Act as technical authority in customer calls and workshops, guiding opportunities.
