You will work on building and evaluating agent workflows, writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents. Experience in backend engineering or AI automation helps, with a focus on live environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear technical feedback.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integration.
