Job summary

Busuu is seeking Freelance Online Language Teachers to design and deliver 45‑minute online lessons for corporate clients. You will conduct 1:1 coaching, assess levels, create tailored learning paths and monitor progress.

You can also lead small group classes (up to 5 students) in EN, ES, FR, DE, IT, NL. Applicants should hold a TEFL/CELTA or related degree, be fluent at C2 level in the language taught, and have prior online teaching experience with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• C2 level in teaching language is required.
• Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degree.
• Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalized learning support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients.
• Deliver 1:1 private lessons with coaching and personalized learning paths.
• Lead group lessons (up to 5 students) in multiple languages.
• Maintain professional communication and adapt to multicultural learning needs.
