Job summary

ISS World is seeking experienced DIDO Minesite Cleaning Supervisors to lead operations across remote mining village sites in regional Queensland. This full-time role requires reliable transport, a current driver’s licence and the ability to commute to sites.

You will coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations, supervise teams, manage resources and ensure safety, quality and compliance across the site. 2+ years in a cleaning or accommodation supervisory role is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a cleaning, housekeeping or accommodation services supervisory role.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport.
• Ability to commute from your home to our site in regional Queensland.
• Pass a Police Clearance within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a QLD Coal Board Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams across accommodation and communal facilities.
• Implement and review service delivery standards.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Coordinate daily operations, staffing and rosters.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of employees.
• Conduct performance management and team development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
• Build positive relationships with site management and stakeholders.
• Promote a customer-focused and safety-driven workplace culture.
