Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse is required.
• Experience delivering telehealth services is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate patient care and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred telehealth assessments and support.
• Guide patients with compassion, professionalism and clinical accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data integrity.
• Respond to patient enquiries and manage appointments efficiently.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
