Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading national firm in Sydney to recruit a 3+ year PAE insurance lawyer. You will work on public and product liability and professional indemnity matters, advising on policy coverage and defending complex claims, including insurer proceedings.

You will join a collaborative, highly rated team with autonomy and strong partner guidance, offering flexible remote working balanced with in-office collaboration and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in insurance litigation.
• Experience handling public and product liability claims and professional indemnity matters.
• Commercially focused with client-service orientation.

This opportunity will see you working on public and product liability claims and professional indemnity matters across a range of industry groups. You will also be advising on policy coverage, coverage disputes, and defending complex litigated claims, including proceedings against insurers.

You will be a 3 year + PAE insurance lawyer who is seeking quality work in a highly collaborative and genuinely friendly team. You may already be at SA level, or a talented Associate seeking promotion to SA. You will be a commercially focused, client service driven insurance lawyer.
