YO AI Labs is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts to evaluate Hebrew audio for AI training, focusing on nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality. You will provide clear feedback in English and follow established guidelines.

This remote contractor role requires native Hebrew, high English proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and help improve Hebrew-language models.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues; document evaluations in English.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines and quality standards; collaborate with coordinators to resolve ambiguities.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models’ Hebrew understanding.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
