Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Health Informatics Analyst to support AI training using healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows. This remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

You will analyze healthcare data, evaluate data pipelines and reporting tools, and provide structured feedback to help AI models understand healthcare contexts. Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of researchers.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with background in data visualization, reporting or trend analysis.
• Ability to bridge clinical, technical and operational perspectives.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote async environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare and EHR data to identify trends for AI training across clinical and operational domains.
• Evaluate health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare structured feedback and recommendations to help AI models understand healthcare contexts.
