Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours.

You will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with teams to engineer multi-turn interactions and robust architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience live in non-mocked environments with multi-turn interactions.
• Strong ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on system behavior.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live-tool integrations (APIs, Gmail, Supabase).
