Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Forensic Accounting qualification (e.g., CA(SA) with forensic focus, CFE) is essential.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in forensic accounting or fraud investigation.
• Strong understanding of investigative techniques, data analysis tools, and relevant legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial investigations into suspected fraud, asset misappropriation, and financial irregularities.
• Analyze financial data, identify anomalies, and trace financial transactions to uncover evidence of wrongdoing.
• Prepare detailed forensic accounting reports, summarizing findings and providing expert opinions.
• Assist in litigation support, including providing expert witness testimony in court.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and internal controls.
