Association of Professional Builders seeks a seasoned coach to work remotely with builders across Australia, New Zealand and North America. You’ll coach, present, and create content while leveraging APB systems to drive client success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of coaching or consulting experience, owned a business, and can showcase AI-driven workflow improvements. This role offers full remote work from anywhere in Australia with early-morning calls across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching or consulting with measurable results.
• Experience owning or running a business with payroll/tax/compliance know-how.
• Familiar with real AI systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Coach builders 1-1 with a strict accountability focus to turn plans into results.
• Deliver workshops online and in person; present confidently to groups.
• Create content and share thought leadership with APB and clients.
• Lead onboarding, renewal and growth conversations; renewals and cross-sells follow from outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution of APB’s programs and tools.
