Job summary

The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AIECS) invites applications for a Trainer Assessor. This role involves travelling from a home base to childcare services across South/West Brisbane and a monthly visit to the Shailer Park office.

You will deliver training, assess learners, and support program updates in a dynamic RTO environment. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), with flexibility

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – working towards applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students and potential enrolments.
• Facilitate student progression with regular student contact and prompt assistance.
• Mark and process student assessment submissions according to RTO policies.
• Assist in implementing regular training package updates across the RTO's programs.
