Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to support operational execution of clinical research projects and help train AI models using real-world data. This fully remote, hourly contract role is designed for seasoned professionals who can manage CROs, multi-site timelines, and stakeholders under pressure.

You will oversee trial timelines, budgets and cross-functional collaboration while applying your clinical expertise to AI training data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical trials budgets, timelines and multi-vendor operations.
• Ability to coordinate across CROs, sites and internal teams in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to drive projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables across studies.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and expenditure tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites and internal teams for high-quality study execution.
• Identify risks early and resolve issues while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Support AI training data quality and evaluation workflows with clinical expertise.
