Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. The role is part-time and remote, open worldwide with geographic exclusions. You will correct transcripts, verify policy compliance, and flag items requiring escalation.

Independent contractor arrangement with onboarding provided. The ideal candidate has fluent English, experience in AI data workflows, and hands-on transcription/annotation skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1–C2) capable of following conversations in audio and producing accurate corrections.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
• Able to commit to and reliably meet a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-recorded customer service conversations
• Correct and validate transcripts against the audio
• Check that agents followed the required policy rules
• Mark each item as ready for delivery or flag it for further review
• Write clear notes on anything questionable
