Job summary

RocketAMS is looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist to join our fully remote, dayshift team. You will confidently manage multiple Amazon accounts, optimize listings, and deliver reporting and insight-driven actions for client growth.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets solutions while collaborating with seasoned professionals. This full-time remote role offers growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Strong data interpretation skills with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus (training provided).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage promotional calendars for major sales events.
• Optimize listings for visibility and conversion with high IDQ.
• Maintain and update catalogs and support inventory management.
• Develop 12-month sales and inventory forecasts.
• Build Google Sheets dashboards for client reporting.
• Analyze revenue, units sold, CVR, ROAS, ASP and CPA.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals).
• Automate recurring tasks using Google Sheets formulas and scripts.
• Deliver regular reports with actionable insights to drive performance.
