As a backend/AI systems specialist, you will write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agent behaviors across live environments. You’ll collaborate on multi-turn orchestration and integration with live tools such as APIs and Gmail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience integrating agents with live tools (APIs, Gmail, etc.).
