You will craft prompts to probe mechanisms and analytical interpretation while ensuring safety and clarity across chemistry domains.

The role emphasizes clear written English, graduate-level chemistry knowledge or equivalent lab experience, and flexibility to work remotely on project-based tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent lab experience.
• Comfort across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe chemical reasoning: mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation.
• Review AI output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with proper attention to conditions and safety.
