Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering or similar roles.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write eval rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces and improve traces accuracy.
• Stress test agent performance under varying conditions.
