Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to give high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: experience with AI agents and orchestration.
