Job summary

EasyTrades, a Sydney-based remedial building, painting and property maintenance company, is seeking a Painter / Remedial Tradesperson. The role covers internal/external painting across residential, strata and commercial properties in Sydney and requires strong surface preparation and remedial repair skills.

Ideal candidates will have proven painting experience, a white card, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Strong surface preparation and finishing skills.
• Experience with minor rendering, patching and general remedial repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• A Construction White Card.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Internal and external painting of residential and commercial properties.
• Surface preparation, sanding, filling and patching.
• Minor rendering and concrete repairs.
• Plasterboard and gyprock repairs.
• General remedial building repairs and maintenance.
• Working independently and alongside project teams.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety and site presentation.
