Job summary

Your In Home Rehab is expanding its community team in Sydney. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you will deliver in-home massages to clients, primarily older adults, with a focus on comfort, mobility and well-being. The role offers flexibility and autonomy while being supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Immediate commencement is available, and a reliable vehicle to travel between client homes is required. Experience with aged care is highly regarded and preferred for this contractor position.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy from a recognised Australian training provider.
• Current professional membership and relevant insurance, where applicable.
• Current Police Check.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client homes.
• Experience working with older clients or within aged care/community care is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality remedial massage therapy in clients' homes.
• Support clients' comfort, mobility, wellbeing and quality of life.
• Manage your own schedule with support from YIHR multidisciplinary team.

Remedial Massage Therapist – Community Care & Mobile Services - Sydney

Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remedial Massage Therapist to join our community team in Sydney on a contractor basis.

This is a mobile, community-based role providing in-home remedial massage services, primarily to clients aged 65 years and over.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred remedial massage therapy to clients in their own homes, supporting their comfort, mobility, wellbeing and quality of life.

The role offers flexibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to manage your own schedule while being supported by the wider YIHR multidisciplinary team.

Immediate commencement is available.

About You

• Is experienced, professional and compassionate
• Enjoys working with older people in a community setting
• Is confident providing mobile, in-home services
• Builds strong rapport with clients and their families
• Is reliable, flexible and able to work independently
• Is available to commence as soon as possible
• Due to the specific care needs, privacy considerations and preferences of clients within our current Sydney caseload, this role requires a female Remedial Massage Therapist.
