Job summary

Good Shepherd Lutheran College, a co-educational, non-government school across Darwin, invites a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a community that values inquiry-based learning and student-centred experiences.

Job description

Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students. It has three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.

Primary Teachers provide an atmosphere for students to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in the primary years and a strong understanding of relevant curriculum areas, including inquiry-based learning.
