Job summary

Brindabella Resources, an Aboriginal-owned business delivering transport services to mining and resources, seeks experienced bus drivers for casual FIFO shifts in the Pilbara. Fly out of Perth to support operations and join a friendly, safety-conscious team.

We offer flights from Perth, meals and accommodation, and family-friendly shifts. Successful applicants will bring a minimum of 2 years’ bus driving experience, a valid HR licence, and a keen safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ bus driving experience with a clean drivers record.
• Current and valid HR driver’s licence
• FIFO or mining experience (preferred)
• Strong safety focus and good communication
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Full Australian working rights
• FMG or Roy Hill inductions (desirable)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate buses on mine sites
• Relief coverage and Shutdowns
• Transport passengers between villages, operational areas and facilities
• Complete pre-start checks and report defects
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Follow all safety, site and company procedures

What We’re Looking For
