Job summary

Opal HealthCare seeks a Head Chef for Lansdowne Gardens Care Community in Neutral Bay. Lead and mentor a kitchen team to deliver nutritious, delicious meals daily, and design seasonal menus tailored to residents' needs.

You will manage budgets, stock, and ordering while upholding food safety standards and compliance. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef in a leadership role.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and police checks.

• Design creative, seasonal menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
