Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking to take the next step in your career while remaining hands‑on?
We are seeking a Reliability Trades Coordinator to join our Allansford site in a newly created position designed to support our Reliability and Production teams.
As a key member of the Reliability team, you will act as the link between the Reliability Supervisor and the trade workforce, helping coordinate daily maintenance activities, support breakdown response, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational priorities are executed effectively
This position is an extension of a Fitter & Turner role and combines hands‑on maintenance work with day‑to‑day coordination of trade resources and activities. You will continue performing mechanical maintenance while providing support and guidance to team members and helping maintain strong communication between maintenance and production teams.
