Job summary
Alcoa’s Willowdale Mining operations in Western Australia are seeking a Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer to lead reliability initiatives and optimise equipment performance.
You will work with stakeholders across asset lifecycle, apply FMECA, RCA, and MOC, and contribute to safe, cost-effective operations. WA base with Monday–Friday schedule and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications
- Degree-qualified engineer with reliability/asset-management background.
- Years of experience delivering reliability improvements in heavy industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of reliability methods including FMECA, defect elimination, RCA.
- Experience leading plant MOC and risk-management processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to Willowdale Fixed Plant team.
- Improve equipment reliability using REX processes, data analysis, RCA.
- Analyze downtime and eliminate defects across the Willowdale site.
- Support capital and maintenance projects for conveyors, crushers, stackers, reclaimers, hydraulics, and pumps.
