Resource Super is the only superannuation fund that serves all of the resources sector. We believe in Australia’s resource sector and its people and we help build and protect our members super.

The role

The purpose of this Relationship Manager role is to develop strong relationships with our employers, relevant stakeholders and assist in providing quality service to our members. This includes working with employers to ensure that their superannuation related obligations and needs are met including supporting payroll and employee onboarding processes. It also involves interaction with our members, including in their offices and on site, and providing general advice where required to help them understand superannuation in general and their individual account and benefits.

The Person

First and foremost we are looking for a motivated individual that is confident and enthusiastic.

Someone who is just as comfortable in the presence of CEOs as they are with the workers onsite.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working within the superannuation industry in client‑facing roles.
• Be RG146 compliant.
• Have a proven ability to network and build relationships.
• Be authentic and energetic.
• Have a solid understanding of the superannuation legislation and proficient IT skills.
