Job summary

B Psychology, a growing private psychology practice located in Ringwood East, Melbourne, seeks a generally registered psychologist to join as an independent contractor. The role offers autonomy over hours and therapeutic approach, with options for in-person sessions at Ringwood East and telehealth when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current general registration with AHPRA, with or without an area of practice endorsement.
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centred and evidence-based practice.
• Interest in reflective and reflexive practice and the therapeutic relationship.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional and clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Build a sustainable private-practice caseload with consistent referrals.
• Provide services in person from Ringwood East, with option for telehealth where appropriate.
• Work with clients within your areas of competence and interest.
