IPAR Darwin is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath to join our wellness‑focused, multidisciplinary team. You will manage caseloads, apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and collaborate with employers, workers and healthcare professionals to deliver effective rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy.
• Provisional or full professional registration with relevant body (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC).
• Fabulous communication and time management skills with strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Case management with manageable caseloads and rehabilitation support.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers and employees on injury prevention and workplace education programs.
• Work with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
• Assist rehabilitation to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
• Perform a variety of assessments including initial, workplace and vocational reviews.

Some of your day to day includes:

• Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have thesupport of Rehabilitation Assistantstoalleviate administrative tasks);
• Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
• Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
• Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
• Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
• Completinga variety of assessments using your clinical skills, including but not limited to initial, workplace and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents.

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
• Provisional or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA or Full ASORC Membership or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
• Fabulous communication and time management skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!;
• You are someone with compassion, kindness and empathy!;
• A current NT Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insuranceis a must!
