Job summary

Prestige Health Services Australia (PHSA) is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio) to deliver assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across Worksafe VIC, TAC, Comcare and Life Insurance. Core tasks include performing single service assessments, functional capacity, worksite and ergonomic assessments and providing return-to-work case management.

Ability to work from home when not seeing clients, with a supportive induction and mentoring

Qualifications

• Full professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical or workplace rehab.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Role

PHSA are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio) to deliver assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across varying schemes including Worksafe VIC, TAC, Comcare and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: Perform single service assessments, functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic assessments and provide return to work case management.

Requirements:

• Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting
• Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle
• Effective communication skills (oral, aural and written)
• Problem solving skills
• Independence and autonomy
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with electronic client record keeping
