Job summary

WorkFocus Australia is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Rockhampton to support clients across community, home, and office settings. You will work with Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Physiotherapists to design rehabilitation and return-to-work plans, navigate funding schemes, and collaborate with medical teams.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, travel readiness with a current vehicle and licence, and a commitment to outstanding client service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
• Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:
