The Procare Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to help drive recovery, return-to-work outcomes and client well-being from its Campbelltown location. The role offers pathway to a branch management track within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will assess and manage cases, develop plans, and interact with health professionals, employers and insurers to achieve positive client outcomes. A strong emphasis on professional development and work-life balance underpins the role.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience building relationships with health professionals, insurers and employers.

Responsabilités

• Assist with injury recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
• Conduct assessment and case management across customer portfolios.
• Support clients to return to pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills.
