Job summary

Royal Rehab Private Petersham is seeking Assistants in Nursing to join a dedicated and compassionate team. You will deliver holistic patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, fostering therapeutic relationships and supporting rehabilitation goals within a collaborative hospital environment.

This role involves working with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure high-quality care, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth in a vibrant healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Level 3 Certificate or undergraduate nursing student required.
Strong customer service focus essential.
Demonstrated digital, verbal and written clinical communication abilities.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic patient care within inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Promote development of therapeutic relationships to support rehabilitation goals.
Support the hospital's objectives and philosophy.
Contribute to rehabilitation goals in line with Royal Rehab Private Petersham Hospital's vision and values.
