Job summary
Pinnacle Rehab is offering a New Graduate Psychology (Hons)/ Rehab Counsellor opportunity to start your career in occupational rehabilitation. You will manage a client portfolio, complete assessments, and develop tailored return-to-work plans with support from induction and buddy system.

Qualifications
- General Registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
- Tertiary degree in Psychology (Hons) or Masters in Psychology.
- Car and valid Driver's license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial psychological assessments to understand biopsychosocial barriers.
- Develop tailored return-to-work plans and recovery strategies.
- Conduct vocational assessments and motivational interviewing with clients.
- Provide case management support and reporting for compliance.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support client recovery.
