Procare Group in Orange, NSW, invites qualified Occupational Therapists to join as Rehabilitation Consultants in the Central West. The role is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on recovery, return-to-work, and positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• This role requires current AHPRA registration with a qualifying OT degree.
• Experience in rehabilitation, return-to-work programs, and case management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with health professionals and stakeholders.

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various portfolios.

The Role:

We are seeking passionate and driven Occupational Therapists to work as Rehabilitation Consultants!

Based out of our Orange office, you will support our team in servicing the Central West region, including areas like Bathurst, Dubbo, Forbes and more, whilst exploring what this amazing region has to offer!

The role is fast paced, incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

This role is the perfect opportunity for experienced clinicians looking to put 'down the tools' but still use their clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference or new graduates looking to commence a successful career.
