Job summary

Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd invites a Regulatory Chemicals Specialist to ensure compliance for industrial chemicals and regulated products across Australia and New Zealand. You will work within the RAQA Premarket team, partnering with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulators to navigate evolving chemical rules and support market access for innovative healthcare technologies.

The ideal candidate holds a science-related degree and has hands-on experience with NICNAS/AICIS,

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise.
Experience applying chemicals regulations in Australia (NICNAS/AICIS) and New Zealand (HSNO/EPA).
Knowledge of GHS classification, labelling, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Experience preparing regulatory submissions, reports and compliance docs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience managing technical data, databases and compliance records.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance for industrial chemicals and regulated products across Australia and New Zealand.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and regulators to navigate evolving chemical regulations.
Support business growth and help bring healthcare technologies to market while maintaining regulatory standards.
