Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised law degree and current unsupervised Australian practising certificate.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Experience in regulatory or compliance environments is preferable.
• Sound knowledge of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW).
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of investigators and manage referrals.
• Advise and assist team members on matter management.
• Oversee resources and ensure budget adherence.
• Review team performance and conduct appraisals.
• Prepare reports for Council and regulatory committees.
• Engage with external stakeholders to maintain relationships.
