Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Regulatory and Systems Support to assist regulatory compliance, assurance activities and continuous improvement within a Safety & Environment team in Perth.

This role will work closely with HSSE professionals, technical specialists and operational stakeholders to coordinate regulatory commitments, support regulatory engagements, and drive improvements to systems, processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, digitalisation, automation or system enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working with management systems, governance frameworks or action tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication with reports, submissions or technical documentation.
• Experience in HSSE, regulatory compliance, governance, assurance, risk management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Coordination & Assurance: Support management and tracking of regulatory commitments and actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory deliverables are completed on time.
• Prepare and review regulatory submissions, responses and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on regulatory obligations and commitments.
• Regulatory Engagement: Support inspections, audits and investigations.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and documentation to demonstrate compliance.
• Assist in responding to regulatory findings and follow-up actions.
• Systems & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across regulatory management activities.
• Support digitalisation, automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance outcomes.
• Develop and maintain guidance materials, templates and standardised processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen assurance and governance practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective working relationships with HSSE teams, authorities, operations and business stakeholders.
• Promote accountability and proactive management of regulatory commitments.
• Support alignment between regulatory requirements, business priorities and operational activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining regulatory readiness while identifying opportunities to leverage digitalisation, automation and AI to improve business performance.

• Experience in HSSE, regulatory compliance, governance, assurance, risk management or related disciplines.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within oil & gas, energy, resources, infrastructure or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
