Job summary

MedRecruit Limited seeks a locum medical practitioner for shifts in the Central Coast region of New South Wales. The role requires current AHPRA registration and covers 13:30–22:00 on scheduled dates.

Locum periods include 30 November–4 December 2026 and 7–11 December 2026. Accommodation is provided as part of the package, with easy access from Sydney and Newcastle. This position offers hospital-based duties across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical cover for specified locum periods in NSW Central Coast hospitals.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain patient care standards during shifts 13:30–22:00.

This large public hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services within the Central Coast region of NSW. The hospital has 310 beds with recent developments to include a modern 50-bed Mental Health Centre and expansion of the Emergency Department.

Locum cover is required for:

• 30 November - 4 December 2026
• 7 -11 December 2026
