Job summary

Medrecruit is seeking an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner for locum cover at a busy Eastern Victoria hospital. Shifts run 2000–0800 with a range of emergency and general medical duties.

The role covers multiple dates across September to November 2026, with travel and accommodation provided. Must have current AHPRA registration and be prepared to work in a teaching hospital affiliated with universities.

Located in Eastern Victoria, this hospital treats around 130,000 people every year with more than a quarter of them seen by their busy Emergency Department.

Locum cover is required for:

• 6 September 2026
• 18 - 20 September 2026
• 16 - 18 October 2026
• 17 - 20 November 2026
• 23 - 26 November 2026
• 30 November 2026
