Job summary

MedRecruit Limited seeks a locum medical practitioner for a level-3 acute care rural hospital in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The assignment runs from 26-30 October 2026, with shifts from 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. NSW WWCC clearance is preferred, and AHPRA registration is mandatory.

Travel reimbursement and accommodation are provided. The town lies 190km south of Brisbane, near Byron Bay.

• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• NSW WWCC clearance preferred.
• CMO or PGY5+ level experience.
• Travel and accommodation provided.
• Shift times: 0800–1800 on Saturday and Sunday.

• Locums with a current NSW WWCC Clearance will be prioritised over candidates without.
• CMO / PGY5+
• Travel reimbursement and accommodation provided.
