Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty in Epping seeks a registered psychologist to join our allied health team supporting children aged 0-16 across clinics, home, school, and community settings.

You will conduct assessments, provide therapy, develop individualised plans, and liaise with families and other professionals. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, reporting, compliance, and NDIA funding alignment, with flexible hours and strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA and Psychology Board Australia.
• NDIS checks and compliance required.
• Current drivers licence and vehicle desirable.
• Working with Children Check or WWVP as applicable.
• National Police Check and First Aid Cert required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client assessments and feedback to families.
• Deliver client-centred assessment, counselling and therapy.
• Develop, implement, and review individual therapy programs.
• Provide services across clinic, home, school and community.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and evidence-based practice.
• Complete reports within specified timelines.
