Metro North Hospital & Health Service in Queensland is offering permanent full-time and part-time nursing opportunities to deliver contemporary, evidence-based, patient-centred care in collaboration with the healthcare team. You will undertake delegated activities and maintain accountability within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice.
• Apply clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver patient-centred care.
• Respond appropriately to sudden changes in health status using nursing assessment and intervention skills.

Permanent full time and part time opportunities to provide contemporary evidence-based consumer/patient focused care, in collaboration with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate optimal health outcomes for the recipients of healthcare services and undertake delegated activities while assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice.
