Job summary

Careers Connections is recruiting a Skin Cancer Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join a national screening program across Australia. You will assess skin and moles, use dermoscopy tools, and determine if a client needs medical review, while keeping precise records.

Flexible casual or contract opportunities are available nationwide, including regional and rural roles. The team provides training on systems, with travel allowances where applicable and ongoing opportunities within the growing program.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Experience in skin cancer screening, skin checks or mole checks.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage onsite screening sessions.
• Skin cancer/dermoscopy qualifications.
• Mole mapping/melanography experience and own dermoscope advantageous.

Skin Cancer Nurse (Registered Nurse)

You can work on a casual or contract basis, and we have jobs in both cities and rural areas. As a skin cancer nurse, you'll assess people's skin and moles, use special tools for a closer look, and figure out if anyone needs to see a doctor. You'll also keep track of everything in our records. It's a excellent way to help people stay healthy and catch any problems early.
