NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN2-8) for the Primary Care team at Junee Correctional Centre. Various employment types and a competitive hourly rate of $43.46–$57.88 plus superannuation are offered, with opportunities across multiple roles within the site.

The role includes reception screening and comprehensive health assessments for individuals entering custody, with nursing management planning, implementation and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• At least one full year of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.

The Role

We’re currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least one full year of nursing experience working as a Registered Nurse.

The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
