Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Riverway team in a Permanent Full-Time role. You will work with experienced nurses and general practitioners to deliver patient-centred care in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration (Enrolled or Registered) and have experience in General Practice or acute care, with strong communication and teamwork skills. This role emphasises quality care, staff collaboration, and community health impact.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunisations and manage post-vaccine observations.

• Wound care including dressings and suture removal.
• Provide patient education to support health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture

About You
