Job summary

Cabrini Health in Melbourne's southeast is hiring Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives for Malvern, Brighton and Elsternwick sites. Full-time, ongoing roles with competitive salary of AUD 80k–98k plus superannuation, and salary packaging up to AUD 15,900 each year.

You will provide nursing care across midwifery, surgical, medical, cath lab and perioperative services, work with a multidisciplinary team, uphold Cabrini's mission and values, and contribute to quality patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Nursing Registration or AHPRA eligibility assessment for international candidates.
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes.
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation.
• Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The Registered Nurses/Midwives practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for their own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers
