Job description
Ready for a new challenge? Break boundaries and make a real impact!

At Epigroup, we don’t just follow the status quo - we challenge it. We push the envelope, question convention, and drive innovation every step of the way. That’s how we’ve become leaders in keeping some of Australasia’s biggest brands safe and successful across a range of industries. We’re relentless in hiring the best talent, empowering them with cutting‑edge training and tech, and fostering an environment where they can thrive.

Now, we’re looking for trailblazers.

If you’re a Registered Nurse or Paramedic seeking full‑time or part‑time/casual ongoing opportunities in the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors, we want to hear from you. Our roles typically offer even‑time rosters and FIFO from Perth.

At Epigroup, we live by our values:

Be Curious. Try new things. Ask questions. Always look for better ways to do the work.

Be a Legend. Say what you mean and do what you say. Own your wins—and your mistakes.

Be Indispensable. Wherever you are, whatever you do, add value and leave a mark.

Be the Difference. Celebrate what makes you unique and contribute to the diverse culture that sets us apart.

What it takes:

This is not your average healthcare role. We’re looking for problem‑solvers, innovators, and go‑getters who thrive in fast‑paced environments. You should be:

A Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA registration (this is non‑negotiable).

A standout communicator with leadership skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.

Tech‑savvy, with solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experienced – at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally with a background in mining, construction, or oil & gas.

Relationship‑driven, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the business.

Holding a Cert IV WHS or higher? That’s a huge plus!

Motivated to learn, grow, and constantly challenge yourself.

Licensed and ready: Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance (issued in the last 12 months).

Diversity powers our innovation, and we’re proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer. Age, gender, ethnicity, or background doesn’t matter here – what counts is what you bring to the table.
